Shop Policies

This is the boring but necessary stuff so please bare with me while we post some of the shop policies.

Made To Order
All pieces are made to order and production begins 24 hours after your order is placed.

Each item may be slightly different since they are all individually handmade.  Some items may vary slightly dependinf on the grains of the wood used to create the pieces you order. 

Production Time
Estimated production times can be found within the description of each item listed. 

If you need an item to be completed  as a rush please contact us to ensure we can meet your time requirements.  Please be aware that not all items will be able to be rushed.

Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS and UPS.  Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be provided to you.

Please double check your address before completing your order.  If you notice your address is incorrect after submitting your order please contact us so we can get it corrected.  We will not issue a refund or re-ship an order due to an incorrect address.

Please note that during the holiday season shipping is slower with USPS and UPS so please order your items in a timely manner to ensure you receive your item(s) in a timely manner.

Currently, we do not ship international. We apologize for any inconvinience. 

Canceling An Order
If you need to cancel an order it must be done within 24 hours of you placing your oder.  Contact us immediately so that we can process the cancellation.   

Refunds
All sales are final! Specifically customized item(s). 

To be eligible for a refund your item(s) must be damaged.  Please contact us immediately after receiving your item(s) and we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us.  Once the item is received and inspected by us, if we determine that the item is damaged, your account will be refunded.  Refund willbe processed in the original method of payment.

In the case were we shipped you an incorrect item, please contact us immediately after receiving your order and we will give you instructions on how to return the item to us and we will send ship the correct item to you.   

Should you decide to return any undamaged item please contact us immediately after receiving item.  Please note that a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.  Refunds will be issued upoin receipt and inspection of the item.  Refund will be processed in the original method of payment.  

Customized items will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any items approved for return. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number when sending your return. Please note that products sent without a tracking number that go missing will not be eligible for a refund.

Before sending your item for return please contact us first.

Late or missing refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund after I have confirmed your refund amount, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
